At NeeHab, we are committed to providing you with products to help gain motion and improve your quality of life. We believe in the effectiveness of our products, and we recommend that you use the device twice a day for at least 21 days before considering a return.
How do I return?

Follow the instructions and fill out the form below.

Be sure to include your pre-NeeHab flexion and post-NeeHab flexion.

The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the device and the NeeHab device must be returned in the original packing.

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email and shipping instructions.

When will I get my refund?
Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Once it is approved your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
